Family Life

Born in New York City, she is the daughter of football player-turned-sportscaster Frank Gifford and talk show host Kathie Lee Gifford. She has three brothers and a sister. She got engaged to Ben Wierda in 2019 and they married in 2020.

In 2015, she began production on Caged No More, co-starring in the film with actors Kevin Sorbo and Cynthia Gibb.
