Older sister of Colton Burpo. Colton became known as The Boy Who Lived after having, according to him, spent a brief time in heaven after his heart failed. Her father, Todd, then penned the book Heaven is for Real, based on Colton's experience.

Before Fame

Her brother began complaining of stomach pains and a high fever before being taken to the hospital. His illness was initially misdiagnosed as the stomach flu.

Trivia

Her brother had been dealing with a burst appendix for 5 days before undergoing an appendectomy. The book Heaven is for Real was then turned into a film in 2014.

Family Life

Her mother is Sonja Burpo. She is the oldest of three children, with Colton and Colby being her younger brothers.
