Born Gong Minji, she rose to fame as an idol singer for the group 2NE1 alongside Sandara Park, CL and Park Bom. She has also taken part in films and TV, starring in Girlfriends in 2009 and in the series Mamma Mia and Sister's Slam Dunk. She released a music video for her song Fantabulous in 2022.

Trivia

She sang the duet "Please Don't Go" with CL. The song peaked at #6 on the November 2009 Gaon Chart. She made her debut in the Philippines with the Tagalog version of her single "Lovely" in 2020.
