Before Fame

At the beginning of his culinary career, he worked at the famous Copenhagen restaurants Pierre André and Kong Hans Kaelder and at the Spanish restaurant El Bulli.

Family Life

He grew up in Denmark and Macedonia as the son of a Danish mother and a Macedonian-Albanian father.
