Mob boss nicknamed "Big Billy" who is known for being the leader of the notorious Bufalino crime family. He pled guilty to money laundering conspiracy and witness tampering in 2008 and was released in 2013.

He was born in Trenton and got his start in the Bufalino family as the driver for kingpin Russell Bufalino in the late 60's.

Trivia

He was hit with a witness tampering charge after he unwittingly hired an informant to kill the co-conspirator who was set to testify against him.
