Italian pastry chef who won the World Chocolate Masters in Paris in 2013. In 2007 he became the head pastry chef at the famous Pasticeria Martesana in Milan. In 2010 he joined AMPI (Italian Master Pastry Masters Academy).
He did his first internship when he was 13, at the Pasticeria Martesana. He went on to train at the Polytechnic of Commerce and Tourism.
In 2016 he graduated from the Culinary Nutrition at the Art And Nutrition Academy.
He credits his mother for his love of baking, after growing up helping her make sweets and desserts.
