Before Fame
He discovered his desire to help others when he was in middle school. After majoring in biology and minoring in chemistry, attending dental school and a 3-year orthodontic residency, he became an orthodontist in Austin, TX in May of 2012. His mentoring relationship with many of his patients eventually inspired him to earn his certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

He authored the 2020 book How to Train Your Superhero. His book Parenting Happy Teens: It's an Inside Job was published the following year. He is the host of the Smile In Out podcast, as well as A Teen's Perspective podcast, which has covered topics like motivation, conquering conflict, mindset conditioning, and more.
