Professional American bass angler and online content creator known for competing on Major League Fishing's Bass Pro Tour and for his YouTube channel DC Fishing where he shares fishing techniques, tournament recaps, and behind-the-scenes content with over 110,000 YouTube subscribers. He is also known for winning multiple championship titles.
Before Fame
He began fishing competitively as a child and started tournament fishing around 12 years old. He attended the University of Alabama where he majored in marketing while also participated in the university's competitive fishing team. He worked in construction to save money for tournaments before he became a fulltime angler. His breakthrough came after winning a Bassmaster Southern Open in 2015 which gave him the opportunity to become a fisherman fulltime.
Trivia
He is one of only three anglers in history to win three REDCREST championships, including his 2025 win where he caught 87 pounds 11 ounces at Lake Guntersville. He has earned more than $2 million in career winnings. He is a bow hunter and turkey hunter outside of fishing. He has been sponsored by brands Rapala, Lowrance, Triton Boats, and Mercury Marine.
