Passionate fitness personality known as an ambassador for Zumba, she has presented internationally on shows like the Today Show, Extra, and Access Hollywood. She spent more than fifteen years as a dancer and choreographer, working many years with the NBA's Sacramento Kings and Portland Trail Blazers.
She took her first Zumba class in 2002 after the birth of her third child. This spearheaded the beginning of her prolific dance and fitness career.
In 2012, she made a guest appearance in the music video for Daddy Yankee's single "Limbo."
Her husband, Dahrio Wonder, is also a fitness expert and Zumba ambassador. A mother of four, she gave birth to two daughters, Maliah and Anaya, and two sons, Jaydon and Elijah.
She shared the stage with rapper Lil Jon to create the Zumba Nightclub Series which sold out in night clubs across the East coast.
