Sociologist and politician who was elected Congressman of the Republic of Peru in 2016.
She holds a sociology degree from the National University of San Marcos, and a master's in political science and government from the Pontificia Catholic University of Peru.
She is an active feminist, and has served as President of the Women and Family Commission.
Her parents are Martha Flores and Pedro Huilca Tecse.
In 2017 she joined the militant Nuevo Perú movement led by Veronika Mendoza.
