About

Content creator, comedian, and internet personality. She has built a massive internet niche for pioneering highly entertaining, mostly non-verbal comedy content and humorous reaction trends. She achieved major viral fame as the internet's unofficial "Internet Police" or "Police Girl," a running meme series where she reacts to illegal, chaotic, or toxic online clips by pointing a flashlight at the screen and comically mimicking a siren.

Before fame

She has spent multiple years establishing a steady foundational footprint before experiencing an absolute explosion in algorithmic visibility across mobile feeds. Her original primary presence suffered severe roadblocks when her original main page got banned. Undeterred, she built up her primary platform Kad (@kadlikecat01) on TikTok, executing an aggressive trajectory to cross a landmark milestone of 1.2 million dedicated followers and over 43 million total likes by 2026.

Trivia

She takes an immense amount of pride in her unique brand of humor, explicitly summarizing her core creative workflow as "creating laughs for everyone". She is exceptionally popular for incorporating recurring viral text tags into her memes, including running comedic bits built around mobile games like Whiteout Survival and shopping applications like Temu. One of her absolute signature catchphrases and text identifiers used to mark her "Internet Police" videos is the phonetic siren chant "WOOP WOOP". She has even successfully translated this viral internet audio bit into physical commercial assets by launching her own official customized merchandise line featuring a custom "WOOP WOOP" graphic shirt.

Family life

She is from the United States. She heavily features her sister, who goes online under the creative moniker Pie (handle @halfbakedcelebrity). The sister duo is massively celebrated by fans for their hilarious, close-knit sibling dynamics, frequently running a dedicated collaborative joint space on Instagram under the profile @kadandpie. They routinely record highly anticipated question-and-answer vlogs together, lighthearted pranks, and family makeup challenges that highlight how deeply their upbringing influences their shared sense of humor.
