Before fame

She began singing in her church's choir as a youth and first tried modeling and pageantry before focusing fully on music. She first gained attention with her 2019 single "Baddest-ish (Notice)" and followed this with "Hi School" later in 2019. Her big break came with her hit song "Whine" in 2020.
