Prominent French dancer and choreographer who became a performing member of the Paris Opera Ballet. She was the first ever in-house female choreographer to receive a commission from the company.
She took her first dance lesson when she was just 5 years old.
Her title was upgraded to a principal étoile dancer in 2004.
She is the daughter of a physical therapist and an accountant.
She retired from the Paris Opera Ballet in 2018 after a performance of Orphée et Eurydice which was choreographed by Pina Bausch.
