French photographer who is known for his global documentary pieces for National Geographic Magazine. He is also known for being a member of The Photo Society, a group of photographers known for their contributions to National Geographic Magazine.
After studying photography in New York for several years, he went on to move to Northern Pakistan in 1999. He became known for his Afghanistan Kyrgyz piece which was published in National Geographic in February of 2013.
He has won several awards for his photography including the Pro Grant at the Festival de la Mer for his Nauru Project in May of 2010.
He often photographs portraits of and goes on adventures with his wife and fellow global ambassador Mareile.
