Fine finish painter, contractor, educator, and entrepreneur known for founding the cabinet refinishing and fine finish painting company Moose Painting along with developing the training system Moose Method. He is especially known for his professional kitchen cabinet refinishing systems and for sharing detailed painting workflows on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Before fame

He attended Lexington High School. He picked up his first paintbrush more than 14 years before becoming widely known online. He began his career working in the painting and contracting trades developing hands-on experience with residential and fine finish work before starting his own company. He officially founded Moose Painting in 2016. He began posting content on YouTube early in 2020 followed by sharing content on TikTok and Instagram.

He has taught in-person cabinet refinishing classes. His work and techniques have been featured by Apartment Therapy. He has contributed technique tips to Fine Homebuilding where his sanding method for contoured and paneled wood was published in 2025. He has been recognized by Woodworking Network as a respected figure in the cabinet painting and finishing industry. He is a freestyle snowboarder, OneWheel rider, and an outdoor enthusiast.

His real name given to him by his parents is Christian Manhard. He is from Conway, New Hampshire.
