Before fame

She began singing as a child and by 16 years old she had become a music director, choir instructor, and praise and worship leader. She studied at Merl Grove High and the Edna Manley College School of Music. She began as a background vocalist for Jermaine Edwards.

She won Female Gospel Artiste of the Year and Break-Out Sensation of the Year at the 2018 Sterling Gospel Music Awards. Her debut album Kingdom Rhode was released in 2019. She performed with the group iWorshipp before she re-emerged as a solo artist in 2018 with her songs "Still Breathing" and "Church Medley."

Family life

Her real name is Rhoda Faithe-Ann Addiman. Her late father noticed her musical gift when she was a child and encouraged her to sing in church.
