Indian chef, food vlogger, entrepreneur, and social media content creator known for creating Vlogginkitchen and for founding the food business Rinchen's Momo. He is also known for documenting his cooking and business journey and for sharing food content which has helped him amass more than 700,000 followers on Instagram and 280,000 subscribers on YouTube.
Before fame
He completed his higher education at Sikkim Manipal University before moving from Sikkim to Kolkata in 2016. He initially worked at a call center and eventually held jobs in aviation ground services and banking. He left his corporate career in October 2023 and began developing Rinchen's Momo in late 2023.
Trivia
He achieved his big break in early 2024 when his cooking vlogs and distinctive rose-shaped momos went viral. He opened a quick service outlet at Kolkata's Entally Market in June 2024 and eventually expanded Rinchen's Momo into a dine-in restaurant.
Family life
He learned to prepare momos by watching his mother cook in their traditional Sikkimese household. His father has worked as a schoolteacher. He is the eldest of three children and has a younger brother and sister. His dog Jelly inspired part of the Rinchen's Momo branding and has been featured in his content.
