Colombian charango player, musician, entertainer, instrumentalist, singer, composer, violinist, guitarist, producer, and songwriter. He and his friend and musical partner Catalina García formed the musical duo Monsieur Periné.
Before fame
He graduated from the Department of Music, Faculty of Arts & Humanities, at Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
Trivia
He started his career as a classical violinist, but over time incorporated more Latin American/Colombian rhythms into his work with Monsieur Perin. He and the group won the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist in 2015.
