Before Fame

He moved to London, England when he was 19 years old.  He began training as a chef training across Italy, Spain, and London before shifting his focus to teaching home cooks and consulting for hospitality teams. He worked as a chef in multiple Micheline star restaurants before branching out into content creation. He began posting food and cooking content as Mensch Chef in 2024. He released his first book The Mindful Kitchen Map in September 2025.
