Italian historical drama series about an aristocratic family in 19th century Sicily. It follows the fictional Don Fabrizio Corbera, Prince of Salina. It is based on Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa's 1958 novel.
Trivia
The novel was previously adapted into a 1963 film titled The Leopard, which starred Burt Lancaster. The film won the Palme d'Or in Cannes in 1963.
