Before Fame

She has been performing in regional and off-Broadway productions such as Seussical, Les Miserables and Annie since she was four. She wrote her first song at the age of ten.

Trivia

Her first single, "Free 2 Love," came about as part of her work with the anti-bullying organization Free2Luv. She wrote it during an intermission at a New York Islanders hockey game. Her second single, "Driveway," was a collaboration with pop star Debbie Gibson.

Family Life

Her parents were huge fans of Debbie Gibson, but when she first met her, she had no idea of her status as an 80s pop music icon.
