She has said she was 14 when she was first approached to model. She first met representatives from Elite Chicago, and her career began from there.

Trivia

In 2009, she modeled for the fall Nordstrom catalogue. In July 2012, she was featured on the cover of the magazine V.

Family Life

She was born on the north side of Chicago, but grew up on the south side. She has three sisters.
