Iraqi Kurdish politician known for being the President and Leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, one of Iraqi Kurdistan's two dominant parties. He is also known for his stewardship of party aligned security institutions such as the Counter Terrorism Group and the Zanyari intelligence service.
Before Fame
