Entrepreneur, television producer, author, podcast host, and social media personality known for founding Accelerant Media Group, for being the co-founder and co-CEO of Big Brand Ventures, and for hosting Success in Your City. He is also known for sharing content about entrepreneurship, investing, branding and personal development on YouTube and Instagram.

Before fame

He graduated from Iowa State University with a business management degree in 2012 and began working as a distribution manager for Arctic Glacier Ice. He launched the University of Young Entrepreneurs podcast in 2015 before renaming it Live to Grind and eventually developed it into The Brandon T. Adams Audio Experience. He began filming Success in Your City in 2018.

Trivia

He invented the beverage cooling product Arctic Stick and launched a crowdfunding campaign for it in 2015. He has produced the business programs Live to Grind, Ambitious Adventures, and Success in Your City. He coauthored the books Keys to the Crowd and The Road to Success.

Family life

He grew up working alongside his father in the family ice business. He married Samantha Rossin in October 2018 and eventually cofounded the annual Rise and Record event with her.
