Before Fame

His career took off after moving to Lagos, crafting his signature sound and changing his musical name from Mitchell Sliq to Chella. His first song "Nyash Na Nyash" released on April 20, 2024.

Trivia

Following the success of his breakout track, he has released other popular songs, including "Sacrificer" and "Single Life". He is particularly well-regarded for his ability to blend contemporary sounds with traditional Nigerian rhythms. His latest hit, "My Darling," was released in March 2025.

Family Life

His real name is Uzochukwu Michael Ikechukwu and he is from Abia State. He was born into a family of four to parents who have helped nurture his passion for music.
