TV show host and author known for her series of best-selling cookbooks. In March 2011, she began her first TV series, Fast, Fresh, Simple, as host. It was a 13-part series featuring many of the same recipes from her books.
She began her career as a food writer and food stylist at the age of 19. At the age of 25, she was appointed the Food Editor for the multifaceted Australian publication Marie Claire.
In January 2007, she was named as one of the Magnificent Seven cookbook authors at the International Gourmand Awards. As of 2015, she has published 23 cookbooks, while selling over 9 million copies in the process.
She was born and raised in Syndey, Australia.
