Indonesian motivational speaker, entrepreneur, author, and trainer known for delivering motivational seminars focused on youth success, entrepreneurship, mindset, and personal development. He has also appeared on television programs across Indonesia including Metro TV, Kompas TV, Trans7, tvOne, and RCTI along with sharing his motivational content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Before fame

He was initially a shy and introverted student who struggled with confidence. His interest in personal development began after attending motivational training during his school years which inspired him to pursue public speaking. He started his entrepreneurial journey when he was 14 years old when he began selling items such as soccer jerseys and sandals. He experimented with multi-level marketing when he was 15. He began focusing on business trading when he was 16 years old. He studied at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta while he continued building his speaking and business career. He began his motivational speaking career when he was around 20 years old.

He is also an author and known for books such as Dreams Come True, Be A Passionpreneur, Bahagia Bekerja - Bekerja Bahagia, and Quantum Rezeki. He has delivered training and seminars for major organizations and institutions including Bank Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Telkomsel, Pertamina, Unilever, Accenture, and several Indonesian government ministries. He has also spoken at universities such as Universitas Indonesia and UIN Jakarta.

Family life

His full name is Edvan Muhammad Kautsar. He was born and raised Tasikmalaya, West Java, Indonesia. He is the oldest of three siblings.
