Italian author, influencer, and storyteller, also known as Elisa True Crime, who is renowned for her vivid true-crime content. Her YouTube channel Elisa True Crime was launched in October 2020 and has since amassed over 287 million views and 1.4 million subscribers. She has also hosted a well-received podcast as well as a collaborative format called Partners in (True) Crime. She has authored several books published by Mondadori Electa including Brividi. Storie che non vi faranno dormire la note and Sopravvissuti. Storie di chi non si arrende. She has also partnered with Netflix Italy on the Verità Nascoste format.

Before Fame

Growing up, she was fascinated by crime stories from a young age. Her interest was initially sparked by watching shows like Chi l'ha visto? With her mother. She attended an arts high school before going on to work in fashion. Her husband's job required them to move to locations such as Hong Kong and Shanghai. It was while living in the latter that she began creating videos from her home.

She has been recognized as one of Italy's most listened-to podcasters. In 2023, she was named Best YouTuber by the Webboh Awards. 

Family Life

She has co-hosted the collaborative series Partners in (True) Crime with her husband Edoardo Coniglio, whom she married in 2019.
