Before fame
He began working when he was 12 years old in a clothing store to help support his family. He enrolled in a machining course through SENAI when he was 13 years old while also working as a young apprentice at a multinational company. He continued working in the industrial sector for many years and eventually spent about 15 years as a metalworker. He started training in bodybuilding around 1999 after being encouraged by one of his brothers to begin lifting weights. He invested most of his earnings into supplements, training, and food and dedicated himself fully to building his physique. He eventually pursued higher education in nutrition and began posting early content online in 2013. His first major competitive success came in 2014 when he competed in the Campeonato Paulista bodybuilding competition and won the Super Heavyweight division. He continued competing and in 2017 won the Mr. Rio bodybuilding competition and taking both the Super Heavyweight class and the Overall title. His biggest breakthrough came in 2020 when he traveled to the United States and won the Arnold Classic Ohio Amateur Super Heavyweight division and the Overall title resulting in him earning his IFBB Professional Card and becoming an international professional bodybuilder.

Family life
He was born Fábio Augusto Rezende. He was born and raised in Santo André in the São Paulo metropolitan region of Brazil and came from a very large working-class family. He was the 16th of 17 siblings. He married Brazilian bodybuilder and fitness personality Júlia Chitarra sometime after they started dating in 2014, and they have made Instagram content together.
