Portuguese actor, comedian, and longtime television presenter known for being the host of O Preço Certo, the Portuguese adaptation of The Price Is Right along with his work on dozens of Portuguese shows throughout several decades including Passerelle, Nico d'Obra, Nós os Ricos, In Love, Peso Certo, and Insónia.
Before Fame
He performed in a long list of stage comedies in the 1980s and 1990s including A Prova dos Novos, Vitória, Vitória, A Rir é que a Gente se Entende, and Viva a Revista. He made his television debut in 1984 in the telenovela Passerelle. His breakthrough role was in the comedy series Nico d'Obra which aired in the early 1990s and helped establish him as a national TV comedy figure. He began presenting O Preço Certo in 2003.
