American computer programmer best known for her work on the ENIAC computer (the first general purpose computer).
She attended Northwest Missouri State Teachers College and the University of Pennsylvania.
She was given a fellowship by the Computer History Museum in 2008 for her work with ENIAC.
She grew up in Gentry County, Missouri, and was married.
