Goldendoodle and social media star known for being born with severe cerebellar hypoplasia which is a neurological condition that affects his balance and motor control. He is especially known for raising awareness about animals with disabilities through his social media content which has amassed over 350,000 Instagram followers and over 80,000 TikTok followers.

Before fame

He was approximately ten months old when Kimberly Elliott and her husband Andrew Hangartner agreed to foster him in August 2017. He began appearing on Instagram shortly after being fostered and his foster placement quickly became permanent after his foster parents fell in love with him. He began appearing in content on TIkTok in October 2019.

Trivia

He became the namesake and canine ambassador of the Be Like Josh Foundation which received federal nonprofit status in April 2019. He was featured by ABC News and Good Morning America in December 2020.

Family life

His owners are animal rescuers Kimberly Elliott and Andrew Hangartner. He has lived in Arizona with several other rescue dogs.
