Kathryn Budig

About

Internationally renowned yoga instructor and author who has become known for her 2016 self-help and lifestyle book Aim True and she authored The Women's Health Big Book of Yoga. She has also taught yoga classes online with Yogaglo. 

Before Fame

She earned degrees in both English and Drama from University of Virginia. She then moved to Los Angeles where she trained at Yogaworks.

She founded the animal project Poses for Paws.

She and ESPN sportscaster Kate Fagan have been in a long term relationship.
