While studying musical theatre at Fife College, she worked as a care assistant for adults and children with learning disabilities.
An actor as well a social star, she appeared as Linda in the films Lord of Tears and The Owlman.
She is close with her grandmother, Heather, and her younger brother, fellow muser Robin Kane. She began a relationship with her collaborator Alex VanCleave, whom later proposed to her in May of 2018.
