Her big break was being cast on Season 3 of the Traitors UK in 2024 and the show premiering in January 2025. She told players on The Traitors UK that she was a nail technician when she was actually an Army veteran. She has been managed by Off Limits Group.

Family life

She was born and raised in Wales. She is the mother of twins. She announced her engagement to Sophie Jones in 2025 and has also spoken about Sophie's battle with cancer.
