Nepali folk singer, lyricist, and composer known for his contributions to modern Nepali music including songs such as "Janchhu Pardesh," "Ghau Mathi Chot," "Hajar Juni," "Pardeshi," "Ye Pardeshi 6," "Maina Raja Maina Rani," "Daate Okhara," "Pahile Dil Satne," "Aanshu Ko Pasal Chha," and "A Saila Pareli Bhitra."

Before fame

He began pursuing music seriously as a teenager and officially entered the music industry when he was around 17 years old. His early breakthrough came in 2010 when he released his debut song "Janchhu Pardesh." He began sharing his music on YouTube in 2016. He released the EP Muglani in 2018 in collaboration with Shanti Shree Pariyar. His modern breakthrough came in 2019 and 2022 when he gained major recognition through award-winning songs and more visibility in the Nepali music industry.

He has collaborated with Shanti Shree Pariyar on songs such as "Pachheuri" in 2019 and "Ye Pardeshi 6" in 2020. He won 1st place in the Awareness Folk Duet Singing Competition in 2013. He received the National Festival Music Award in 2019 for "Jahajai Chadera," the Ginues Music Award in 2021 for "Daate Okhara," and multiple awards in 2022 including the Bindabasini Music Award for "Aanshu Ko Pasal Chha" and the National Rapati Music Award for "Patthar Ko Mutu."

He was born and raised in Pyuthan District, Nepal.
