He was born Ronald Dean Polkingharn Jr. He was born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri. He was born to Ronald Dewey Polkingharn and Betty Joy Hixson. He was the half-brother of Debbie Nelson. He died by suicide on December 14th, 1991, when he was just 19 years old.
