Colombian multi-instrumentalist best known for being a founding member of the band Monsieur Periné. In addition to being one of the composers and producers for the band, he also plays guitar, violin, charango, and a variety of other stringed instruments.
Before Fame
He developed a passion for gypsy jazz at an early age and discovered influential artists such as Django Reinhardt as a teen. He helped found Monsieur Periné around 2007.
Trivia
In 2023, Monsieur Periné won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album for "Bolero Apocaliptico." He attended the Universidad de los Andes, where he studied at the Department of Music in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
