English courtier who was a favorite attendant and close friend of King Henry VIII. He became infamous for his alleged affair with Queen Catherine Howard and was ultimately executed for treason and adultery in 1541.

Throughout his early life, he and his eldest brother, who was also named Thomas, became known for collecting various items of value requested by the royal family. In 1538, he and Richard Cromwell worked together to obtain a hawk for King Henry VIII.
