Before Fame
Before embarking on his soccer journey, he was a former collegiate American football wide receiver at Liberty University. He later transitioned into church-planting, missionary work, and family life. He was first inspired to begin pursuing his goal by a podcast he heard that dared its listeners to stop accepting the status quo. He began training in soccer for the first time when he was already 34 years old.

His athletic journey included losing over 30 pounds and changing his entire body composition and skill set. In the 2024 MASL Draft, he was selected with the 24th overall pick in the 3rd round by the Empire Strykers, joining a roster that primarily included much younger and more experienced players.
Family Life
He met his wife Megan while attending Liberty University. Together, they share five children.
