Trivia
The team's launch coincided with the opening of the team's arena, the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which they have shared with their NBA counterpart, the Indiana Pacers. The franchise reached the WNBA Finals for the first time in 2009, but lost to the Phoenix Mercury in a five-game series.
