Egyptian professional soccer player known for playing as a right-back in the Egyptian Premier League and for representing the Egypt national team who became better known after joining Al Ahly SC in January 2026 following strong performances with Al Masry. He is also known for previously playing for soccer clubs such as Zamalek, Ismaily, and ENPPI.

Before fame

He began his soccer journey at a young age. He spent part of his early development in Al Ahly's youth academy from 2011 to 2015. He then moved to Zamalek's youth system where he continued his training and development between 2015 and 2020. He made his professional debut with Zamalek's first team in 2020. He was loaned to Ismaily during the 2021-2022 season and later to ENPPI during the 2022-2023 season. He joined Al Masry in 2023 and became a regular starter in the Egyptian Premier League. He signed with Al Ahly SC in January 2026.

Trivia

He has represented Egypt at the U20 and U23 levels before earning a call-up to the senior national team. He primarily plays as a right-back but has also been deployed occasionally as a right midfielder or center-back. He is also known for his Instagram account @ahmed_eid_4 where he shares training clips, matchday photos, and highlights from his professional soccer career.
