She began posting content about her life on Instagram in June of 2016. From the years 2015 through 2017, she worked as a nurse for Rockyview General Hospital.   

Trivia

One of her most viral TikTok videos (with over six million views in total) was a video of her sharing "why your hoodie is not hooding," advice she got from Instagram star Julia Huynh. Her TikTok account, which operates under the handle anniedayoon, has garnered 120,000 followers.

Family life

Her mother and sister Jen have appeared on her Instagram account. She and her husband Nicholas Lee have been married since the year 2022.
