Fitness influencer, entrepreneur, model, and published author known for being the founder of Meraki Beauty and Zamara Skincare and for founding the nonprofit The Provenzale Foundation which does advocacy work for those impacted by skin cancer.

Before Fame

She spent a decade working in the medical field at various clinics, urgent cares, and medical centers such as UT Southwestern Medical Center and Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital. She was diagnosed with skin cancer, which eventually motivated her to create her skincare lines and to begin advocating for skin cancer research and survivor support. She became a personal trainer and began focusing on fitness and skincare content on her Instagram in 2018.

She is the author of 21 Days To Self-Love: A transformative journey to self-love and acceptance which was published in 2019. She has been featured on the cover of several magazines including Pump Magazine and 6X Magazine.

Family Life

She is from Dallas, Texas. She has two children. She had a sister named Stephanie who died in 2023.
