Offensive tackle who signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2017 to start at left tackle. He was drafted in the second round of that year's NFL Draft by the club after a successful career with the Alabama Crimson Tide.
He was unanimously considered the #1 offensive tackle in the nation's 2013 high school class. He was a USA Today high school All-American as a senior, and committed to Alabama over LSU.
He won the NCAA's Outland Trophy as the nation's best offensive lineman in 2016. He was also a 2016 consensus All-American, and won the 2015 NCAA National Championship with Alabama.
He was originally born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana.
He and AJ Cann have played as offensive line teammates for the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.
