Before Fame

She originally studied choreography in Elin Pelin, Bulgaria specializing in folklore dancing. She started her modeling career at the age of ten when she attended children's fashion shows. She was discovered by Visage and became a model in 1990. At 17, she participated in the Miss Shopkinia pageant where she placed first. 

Trivia

She is known for having won the titles of Best Model of Bulgaria pageant in 1997 and the Best Model of Europe competition the same year.
