Chef well known for being the husband of comedian and actress Amy Schumer. He traveled the world as a chef before returning to Martha's Vineyard to run his family's farm in 2015. He opened Martha's Vineyard's Beach Plum Restaurant.
He had his book The Beetlejuice Farm Cookbook: A Year of Cooking on Martha's Vineyard published in June of 2015. It won a James Beard award in 2016.
His grandfather purchased Beetlebung Farm in the '50s. His sister is the assistant of Schumer.
