Before fame

She attended Loyola Marymount University where she and Sabrina Deana-Roga met as theater majors during their first week of college and bonded over ghost stories in 2011.

She appeared as a guest on an episode of the podcast Ghost Bunny in 2025. She attended graduate school in Salem in 2016, and she and Sabrina launched Two Girls One Ghost in 2017. She is also known for hosting and producing the true crime podcast Blink: Jake Haendel's Story.

Family life

She grew up in a haunted home in Vermont and had her first paranormal experience when she was three years old. She is a mother.
