Before Fame
She sang in church and developed a passion for worship music from a young age. She focused on recording gospel music in the Kalenjin language. She released her debut album Kaswech in 2007. She performed "Taunet Nelel" during Kenya's 2010 Constitution promulgation ceremony which helped boost her national popularity.
Trivia
She won Album of the Year at the Africa Gospel Music Awards in 2012 for her album Ololo. She received international recognition at the BEFFTA Awards in the UK in 2013.
Family Life
She was born and raised in Baringo County, Kenya in a religious household. She is the daughter of church leaders which played a significant role in shaping her faith and early exposure to gospel music. She married Nigerian preacher Apostle Anselm Madubuko in August 2013.
