Professional weightlifter, personal trainer, fitness writer, and strength coach who is best known for her performances and competitions in weightlifting as well as her published articles on a variety of health and nutritional content. 

Before Fame

With problems of insecurity at the age of 22, she began working out and lifting as a way or feeling more comfortable in her own body. Shortly after, that passion turned into a career where she began competing in several weightlifting competitions. 

Trivia

In addition to her working out and nutritional advice, she also opened a health and fitness center in San Diego, California known as the California Elite Training Center. It is both a gym and power lifting training center. 

Family Life

Se married her husband Aj in September of 2016.
